I do my best to give you a variety of items for every occasion and every day in a variety of sizes.
All designs are thoughtfully made and produced with an emphasis on styles that will compliment any body
And uncompromising quality fabrics and all in the most contemporary style.
If for any reason you are interested in replacing or returning the product we are here for you so that the process will be as easy and convenient as possible.
Exchanges:
Exchanges must take place within 14 days from receiving the item, and within 5 days if the item was purchased on a sale,
How does it work? Here are the options:
- You can come to one of our stores to do an exchange, with a proof of online purchase.
- A delivery man can collect the item you’re interested in returning, and bring you the item you want instead, for a cost of 60 NIS.
- Registered mail to the address: Ha’atzmaut St. 24, Kiryat Ata.
Reimbursements:
You didn’t love something and you want to cancel the purchase? We’re here for you… You may return an item within 48 hours only if it was never used or worn, and receive your money back, minus the shipping fee and 5% of the item’s price (according to Industry and Trade Regulations), according to your method of payment when you purchased the item.
Items worth 50 NIS will not be reimbursed.
Items purchased as part of promotions/ outlets will not be credited financially but can be exchanged for an item of the same model, color or other size under the same category.
How the return works:
- Deliveries to your home for a cost of 30 NIS
- You can access one of the chain’s branches with a proof of online purchase.
- Registered mail to the address: Ha’atzmaut St. 24, Kiryat Ata.

Every returned item must be in its original packaging with no defects.
There is no reimbursement to “direct credit cards” or prepaid cards.
The transaction cancellation policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law.

Our items are shipped to all parts of the country and also abroad
Cost of delivery by courier to the house – 30 NIS
For purchases over 399 NIS, free delivery by courier to your home
Delivery to all parts of the country up to 2 business days
Judea and Samaria up to 7 business days
Shipping outside of Israel:
Shipping cost: 80 NIS
Can be sent to almost any country in the world via registered mail/ other post of Israel Post
Order delivery up to 21 business days.
